Yes, it’s mandatory. You need to create an Account to make a purchase.
Your Mobile Number, Facebook or Google account is all that you require to sign-up and login.
We currently deliver Fresh Meats in Kolkata only. You can add your address on the location finder to check whether your area is serviceable or not.
Try the ‘Forgot Password’ option in the Sign In/Register button. If you’re still not ableto log in, please write to us athelp@trivenimeat.com along with your registered emailaddress. You can also call us with your registered mobile number at 98839-77397.
If you can’t remember your e-mail address, then you will need to create a new account. Don’t worry, it takes less than 30 seconds to create a new one!

Yes, you can add a new address in your Account panel. You can add and save as many addresses as you want to.
You can find your previous order information by logging into to your Triveni. The’Order History’ tab will provide a complete list of all successful orders (past & present) placed under your account. ABOUT THE MEATS
Triveni was founded on selling only the highest quality meats from great farms & partners we trust, using meticulous preparation methods and a scientific approach in the way meat is cut, packed, stored & delivered.
We have a strict vendor on-boarding policy & review every product on the parameters of taste, health & safety and manage our entire fresh chain management at every step of the way right till your doorstep.
We’re confident that our meat is delicious, we source it from the best of farms and we hope you enjoy Triveni as much as we do, because it really does matter where your meat comes from.
All Triveni products will have an expiry date sticker (or best before sticker) which would mention the date before which the product can be consumed.
From procurement to delivery, we have a stringent and robust cold chain in place, which holds our products between 1⁰-4⁰ Celsius besides ensuring each and every product is vacuum packed & sealed. This ensures that the meat is always fresh till it reaches you.
All our Raw Chicken (except for the Skin On Items), Mutton, Sausages & Cold Cuts, Bacon & Pepperoni & Kababs are always fresh & chilled.
Our Raw Pork & Buff Range, Fish & Seafood & Skin On Poultry Items are Fresh Frozen & further vacuum packed & sealed so there is no compromise in taste, quality, hygiene & texture.
The standard Nutritional Information of our Delicatessen Meats can be found when you click on the image of the product. For raw meats, the nutritional information does not vary much as is not displayed.
It is safe to freeze the meat. However, we do not recommend freezing our Fresh Products.
Though all our meats & delicatessen products are completely vacuum packed & sealed using the best in class packaging, once the vacuum pack is opened, the freezing affects both texture and flavour.
However, if you do choose to freeze any of our fine products for consumption later, don’t open the vacuum pack & be sure to defrost under refrigeration.
At Triveni, we believe in using only the highest quality ingredients to make our products.
We use only Farm Raised English Breed White Pork, Corn & Soya Fed Chicken, Free Range Mutton and 100% Grass Fed Buff which are Hormone and Antibiotic Residue FREE. The same applies to all our cold cuts & deli meat products which we procure from only reliable suppliers.
Put simply, we use just the very best parts of the very best meat.

No. All of our cuts are pre-packed & vacuum sealed for better hygiene, quality & temperature control.

You can cook them in a non-stick pan with a dash of oil or you can cook them in a barbeque.
Refer to the expiry date and store the meat in the refrigerator between 0⁰-4⁰ C for consumption within 24hours or in deep fridge -18⁰ C for future consumption.
Do not refreeze once thawed.

All orders till 9am will be delivered the same day within 12-8pm.
Express Delivery bulk orders will be delivered according your requirement.
Please note some localities might not be eligible for Express Delivery.

Your order confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address linked to your Triveni Account immediately upon placing your order.
If you do not receive it, please check the junk or spam folder in your email client.
If you still cannot locate the confirmation, you may log into your Triveni Account and select ‘Order History’ to view all of your orders.

Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be returned to your bank account within 7 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, please reach out to us at help@trivenimeat.com or call us at 98839-77397.

Triveni supplies to over 200+ quality restaurants across the county. Send us a mail to help@trivenimeat.com and please specify the product(s) you are interested in along with your contact details & Restaurant Name.
We accept pre-booked orders provided they are 7 days in advance.
Please review your order carefully before submission. In case you would like to rethink your purchase, please do so within the first 10 minutes of placing the order (by sending us an email or calling us). Please note that orders once packed cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment.

A flat delivery charge of Rs.75 (including GST) is applicable on all deliveries below Rs 500. We have free delivery on all orders above Rs.500.
Meat products can only be returned if:
- It’s delivered after the expiry date.
- The package has been altered or damaged during transit.
- The item delivered is not what you had placed an order for.

Coupon codes are not applicable on discounted products (and exotic meats) unless specified otherwise. However, if your cart also has products that aren’t on discount and qualify for a promotional offer (say minimum order value of Rs 499), you’ll be able to apply the coupon code.

Discount percentages are valid on products which qualify for the offer and will get applied only to the amount corresponding to the sum of these products.
No, you cannot club different coupons on a single order. Only one offer is applicable for a single order.

No, we do not have outlets as we are exclusively an online store. You can use our website or mobile app to place your order, and have us deliver it to your doorstep in 120 minutes or less.
PAYMENT RELATED
We accept online payments through all major credit & debit cards, wallets, cash on delivery and card payment on delivery is also possible.
In case of any payment failures and charges incurred, refund will be automatically routed through the vendor’s payment gateway back to your account.
Please note that orders once packed cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment. Please review your order carefully before submission. However, if your order has arrived damaged or defective, you can raise your concerns by reaching out to us at the time of delivery on 98839-77397. The refund will reach you in 15 working days.
All our prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Service Tax.

The prices mentioned on the site and app is for reference only. The final bill amount is based on the actual weight of the packed product.
To ensure that you get the best quality product, we don’t mess with the size of the meat or fish. You pay for only what you get. If there are any differences, the amount difference will be refunded on your wallet within 48-72 hours after processing.
